You may return yarn within 30 days of its purchase, if it’s unused and in its original condition. It must be accompanied by your receipt or a copy. You are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase. Credit for the cost of the yarn will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used. Shipping charges are not refundable. Patterns may not be returned. You may return yarn purchased as part of a kit and receive a credit at the yarn price.
