Return Policy

You may return your order items within 30 days of its purchase, if it’s unused and in its original condition. It must be accompanied by your receipt or a copy. You are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase. Credit for the cost of the items will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment
Online, all payments are via PayPal and their secure servers. If you do not wish to enter your credit card information online, please email us or call us at our store in New York at 212-627-1524 daily 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm to place your order. You can also fax your order to the same number anytime making sure to enter your shipping address, telephone number, email address and the name on the credit card, the kind of card, your credit card number and the expiration date. By phone or fax, we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are determined by the shipping address of your order. All orders shipped out of New York State will not be charged a sales tax. Orders shipped to a New York State address will be charged a sales tax of 8.375% on all jewelry, bags and eyeglass case; and 4.375% on all clothing, hats, scarfs, shoes, gloves and hair bands with a sales price of $110 and higher.
